Ingredients

- 1 lb liver (cow)
- Flour for coating
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon juice
Preparation
- Wash liver, cut to big cubes.
- Coat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
- Fry over medium heat. Remove from heat and season with chopped mint leaves. To pour lemon juice is an option.
