Ingredients
2 servings
- 1/2 cup Cashew nuts
- 1/5 Cup Sesame seeds
- 5 Tablespoon coriander seeds
- 1/2 cup ground cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Crush nuts.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly until well blended. Store in an airtight container, in a cool dry place.

I don't use nuts in making dukka.I use toasted sesame seeds,powdered coriander , salt, pepper & cumin. & whiz them in a processor& store it in a jar. I sprinkle it over oven potato wedges or hard boiled eggs. Egyptians eat it with oven baked sweet potatoes. There are people with small carts having these ovens on it & sell these freshly baked sweet potatoes in the street. Lovely in winter.
