Ingredients
3 servings
- 1 Nisar (snapper) 2 lbs; 900 gms
- or 2 large Be-yah
Preparation
- Fish should be cooked straight after buying in the market.
- Keep heads and scales on, wash and salt gills as well as the outside of the fish.
- Place on a hot grill over the coals and do not turn until the fish are almost black in colour.
- Turn to other side and cook for approximately the same amount of time. Serve hot.
