Ingredients
4 servings
- 300g apples
- Ready made puff pastry
- 50g apricot jam
Preparation
- Roll out the pastry and place in a greased pie dish (approx 20cms across) prick with a fork
- Peel and thinly slice the apples
- Cover the pastry with the apple slices and place in a preheated oven (180 C degrees) for approx 30 mins
- Remove from the oven and spread the apricot jam over the apple - set aside to cool before serving
