French Cream of Asparagus Recipe

Ingredients

6 servings

  • 1 kg of peeled and washed asparagus tips,
  • 1 big potato cut in fragments,
  • 10 cl of fresh cream,
  • salt, pepper and paprika.

Preparation

- Boil in water for 20 minutes the asparagus and the potato.

- Strain the asparagus and the potato and mix in a blender the asparagus and the potato.

- Flavor with salt, pepper and paprika. Add fresh cream.
