- 1 kg of peeled and washed asparagus tips,
- 1 big potato cut in fragments,
- 10 cl of fresh cream,
- salt, pepper and paprika.
Preparation
- Boil in water for 20 minutes the asparagus and the potato.
- Strain the asparagus and the potato and mix in a blender the asparagus and the potato.
- Flavor with salt, pepper and paprika. Add fresh cream.
