Spanish Lamb Chops in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
4 servings
- 750 gr lamb chops
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 6 tomatoes peeled and chopped
- salt
Preparation
-Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the lamb chops and brown on both sides then place in a casserole dish and set aside
-Chop and saute the onion in the frying pan using the same oil then add the crushed garlic. Fry for a few minutes
-Add the tomatoes to the frying pan and season with salt - after 5 mins add the mixture to the lamb chops in the casserole dish
- Cover the casserole dish and place in a preheated oven (180 C degrees) for about 30 mins until the lamb chops are tender
