Ingredients
6 servings
- 2 cans of tuna in olive oil
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Vinegar
- 1 head of green lettuce, torn into small pieces
- 8 roasted red peppers
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt
Preparation
- Arrange the lettuce on each plate and place strips of roasted red peppers in the center. Place a large spoonful of the tuna salad on the red peppers.
- Drizzle the salad with oil and vinegar. Salt and garnish with parsley.
- Serve with fresh bread.
