Ingredients
6 servings
- 8 Corn Tortillas or Fajita Size Flour Tortillas
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1 Onion halved and sliced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper cut into strips
- 1 kg(2lb). Chicken Breasts (orSirloin or Flank Steak ) cut into strips
- Fajita Spices and Seasonings
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 Tomato cut into wedges
Preparation
1. Cook onions and green pepper in an oiled skillet over medium high heat until tender; set aside.
2. In same skillet, brown meat; drain fat. Mix in seasonings and water.
3. Bring mixture to boil; reduce heat to low and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
4.Return onions and bell peppers to skillet; add tomatoes. Heat through and serve with warmed tortillas.
