Scandinavian Raspberry Crumble Recipe

Ingredients
4 servings
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 egg
- 1 cup softened butter
- 300 gr (10 ounces) raspberry preserves (filling)
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees F).
- Combine all ingredients together, except for raspberry preserves. Mix on until crumbly. Set aside one cup of crumb mixture.
- Continuous mixing the remaining crumb mixture until is soft. Spread the preserves evenly. Crumble rest of mixture over the preserves.
- Bake approximately 45 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and cut into desired servings.
