Turkish Beef Stew with Onions Recipe

Ingredients
2 servings
- 250 gr lamb, cubed
- 300 gr white onions, peeled and sliced
- A few slices of orange peel
- 2 tbsp butter
- 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp tomato, crushed
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- Cook the lamb first in a medium sized pot with 1 1/2 cups of water on medium-low heat. Check to make sure the lamb is done through. (add more hot water if necessary to finish cook). It takes around 40 min
- Then add in the rest of the ingredients along with another 1 1/2 cups of water. Cook for about 35 minutes on medium-low heat.
