Ingredients

- Vegetable Mix list
- 3 big potatoes
- 2 big carrots
- 5 table spoons canned peas
- Sauce Ingredients:
- 5 tablespoon vegetable broth
- oil
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 big onion
- 3 tablespoon canned mushrooms
- celery and salt to taste
Preparation
Vegetables Preparation
- Wash vegetables, peel and cube.
- Then stew every vegetable (except peas) separately in a small amount of water.
- Combine all the vegetables and drain off vegetable broth.
Sauce Preparation
- Oil the pan, heat a little, add flour, stirring constantly. Then, very carefully, pour in the broth, so that there are no lumps.
- Add in finely cubed onion, celery, mushrooms and salt to taste. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
- Pour the sauce into the vegetables mix and serve warm.
