Lebanese Fried Sardines Recipe

Ingredients
4 servings
- 1 kg (32 oz) small sardines
- 1 tbsp salt
- lemon wedges
- 1 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
1. Rub sardines with salt.
2. Put aside for 10 minutes until the salt is absorbed.
3. Fry in hot oil over medium heat, in batches, till brown. Remove with a slotted spoon.
4. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
