Lebanese Broad Beans and Artichoke Salad Recipe

Ingredients
4 servings
- 500 g (16 oz) artichoke
- 1 cup green broad beans, peeled
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 1/4 Olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed with a bit of salt
Preparation
1. Wash Artichoke. Halve.
2. Place broad beans in centre of a serving bowl. Arrange the artichoke halves around it.
3. Mix well garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Sprinkle lemon juice mixture over the broad beans and artichoke.
