Ingredients
6 servings
- 125 grams of dark chocolate
- 60 grams butter
- 2 Tbsp of flour
- 125 grams of caster sugar
- 3 eggs
Preparation
- Melt slowly the chocolate and the butter. Add the flour and the sugar. Indeed mix.
- Add egg yolks, then whites beaten in very firm snow.
- Butter a mould. Cook in soft oven 25 minutes.
- Serve cold.
