Ingredients

- 1 Cup Lemon Juice
- 3 Cloves Garlic finely chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Basil
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 4 Large Chicken Breast
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and coat chicken well.
Marinate in refrigerator for 3 hours.
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Place in baking pan and bake 1 hour in marinating mixture, basting occasionally.
