Turkish Green Beans with Eggs Recipe - (Taze Fasulye Kavurmasi)

Ingredients
2 servings
- 250 gr green beans, trimmed, cut in medium sized chunks
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
Preparation
- Boil the beans with hot water for about 20 minutes. Saute the onion with salt and butter in a large pan for 3-4 minutes. Add the drained beans in it, cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Stir from time to time, don't let them burn.
- Pour in the eggs, stir but not too much. When the eggs are cooked, turn the heat off.
- Place on a service plate and sprinkle crushed pepper all over.
