Ingredients
4 servings
- 2 kg of mussels
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 spring of parsley
- 1 lemon
- oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Clean the mussels well and heat them in a pan to make the shells open
Place them on a serving dish, after having removed the upper half on the shell
Pour on a dressing of oil, garlic and parsley (finely chopped), lemon, salt and pepper
