Ingredients
2 servings
- 2 qt Milk, whole
- 2 ea Junket tablets
Preparation
Heat milk to the boiling point.
Remove from fire - let cool.
When lukewarm, add junket tablets.
Return to very low fire until cheese gets thick.
Serve cold. Try it with Honey or Jam on top.
