Ingredients
4 servings
- 1,25 l yoghurt
- 1 egg white, beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dried mint or coriander
Preparation
In a saucepan beat togheter yoghurt and beaten egg white
Bright to a boil slowly, stirring constqntly in the same direction (this advoids burning or curdling).
When the yoghurt comes to a boil add the crushed garlic cloves, salt and dried mint or coriander
