Ingredients
4 servings
- 200 gr of pickled green olives
- 2 bread rolls
- 3 spoonfuls of vinegar
- 1 spoonful of capers
- 1 glass of olive oil
- a fistful of salt
Preparation
Soften the crumbs from the rolls in the vinegar, then squeeze them very well.
Chop, into very small pieces, the stoned olives and capers.
Mix the breadcrumbs and dilute with the oil, adding a little salt.
This squce can be served with meat or fish, boiled or grilled.
