Ingredients
6 servings
- 500ml (18fl oz) yogurt
- 1.5 litres (53fl oz) water
- 2 tablespoon dried mint
- salt
Preparation
Whisk 3 tablespoon of the yogurt and 3 tablespoons of water in a jug or carafe until smooth.
Add the mint and beat in the remaining yogurt and 1.5 litres (53fl oz) water gradually, so no lumps form. Season to taste with salt
Tip: Fresh mint can also be used. It should be stirred in just before serving. A dash of lemon juice can also be added
