Ingredients

- 3 large lemon (or 5 limes) with unwaxed skins
- 1-2 tablespoon sugar (to taste)
- ice cubes
Preparation
Squeeze the lemons of limes, keeping one aside for garnish. Pour the juice into a glass carafe, stir in the sugar and pour in 1 litre (35 fl oz) cold water.
Wash the remaining lemon (or lime) in hot water and cut into very thin slices.
Add ice-cubes and the lemon or limes slices to the jug and serve.
