Ingredients

- 1/2 Cinnamon stick
- 4 green cardamom pods
- 4 teaspoon strong black tea leaves
Preparation
Cut the cinnamon sticj into two pieces. Coarsely pound the whole cardamom pods in a mortar with a pestle, so that the flavour can develop more fully.
Place the tea-leaves and spices in a teapot and pour over 600ml (20fl oz) boiling water.
Let the tea brew for 3-5 minutes, according to taste.
